This January, Cap-Op Energy will present at an Alberta Energy Efficiency Alliance event in Calgary. As leaders in the field, Kevin Winter and Keith Driver will discuss their latest energy efficiency accomplishments and upcoming initiatives for efficient energy.
The keynote speaker for this event will be the Honourable Robin Campbell, Minister of Environment and Sustainable Resource Development. In addition to this address, the event will highlight energy efficiency work that is happening around Alberta, including projects being undertaken by the Government of Alberta to create “initiatives to make Alberta the national leader in energy efficiency and sustainability.”
Along with Cap-Op’s professionals, other energy efficiency leaders will present, including those who work in the industrial, commercial and institutional, and residential sectors. Leaders in transportation and government policy makers will also speak. Lunch and refreshments will be included.
The first Energy Efficiency event was attended by over 100 leaders in energy efficiency in the province. The presentation was headlined by the Hounourable Ken Hughes, Minister of Energy.
